Customer Conversion Prediction for Online Freemium-model Businesses
An all-inclusive model that gathers all the on-site activity for each new user (signed up in the past 24 to 48 hours) and calculates the probability that they would end up purchasing a premium membership on the website.
This model is used to identify the users who are most likely to transact, so more incentives can be directed toward them, and those who are least likely to transact, so marketing efforts can be directed toward other users who might end up converting.

I worked with a business that sends marketing emails on behalf of its B2B clients. I developed a forecasting model that allows them to anticipate the volume of emails each of their clients will require and relates it to the profitability of each client. This enabled them to optimize their sending quota and maintain a healthy spam score without losing revenue.
Predicting Optimal Bid Timing
Developed and implemented a predictive machine learning model using Python in AWS Glue to advise truck drivers on optimal bid timing for freight lanes based on real-time Load-to-Truck ratio data (scraped via Firecrawl API) and freight volume analysis (FAF data). It incorporates a statistical simulation to estimate potential revenue uplift and apply dynamic thresholds for improved bidding strategy.
