Developed an end-to-end invoice processing automation for Service Titan using Power Automate, combining web automation and API-based integration.

I designed a robust ETL pipeline to extract and transform data from PDFs, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Access, leveraging OpenAI as a document processing AI to accurately capture invoice details from multiple vendors. I conducted API testing using Postman and led the migration from UI-based automation to more stable API-driven workflows. The solution enabled daily, off-hours processing with near-zero backlog, significantly reduced errors, and delivered measurable cost savings.

I also served as Lead Developer and SME, managing three junior RPA developers and handling production issues, process changes, and continuous enhancements, which ultimately led to 8-12 additional automation initiatives for the client.

A tracker application used by more than 15 operations business users to centralize all ticket monitoring systems. This application reflects all the tickets created by users during the call with clients and shows the current stages of each transaction, and later will be picked up by Automation Anywhere for end-to-end automation processing.

A dashboard created for the P2P and OTC Finance and Accounting team for real-time monitoring of KPI's and important variables for the operations team. With the set active triggers, this helps the leadership monitor the current standing of the business in real-time.
