Project History
Ouvimos Você (We Hear You)
I developed a feedback platform that connects customers to business owners and people that will solve their problems. The goal was to have a smooth, direct line of contact between customers and the customer service representatives of the companies and avoid poor reviews on social networks. The solution had a good market fit with a range of industries, including hospitals, schools, restaurants, and massive festivals and fairs.
Menu Mais
I developed a digital restaurant platform focusing on translating into over 100 different languages. As I had a significant number of clients in tourism, we took the initiative to develop a product to better approach an international client who was exploring a city.
