I implemented a project to view and send calendar invites to the Hospital staff and see attendees' lists for the hospital's upcoming events. The invites are sent to the users based on their time zone and the time selected on their screen. I also tracked all the invite responses in the Salesforce CRM to enable resending the invitation.
IOT Tracking App
I designed and delivered an end-to-end order and asset visibility platform on Salesforce Experience Cloud, giving customers a single self-service view of orders, shipments, and in-transit asset location. I integrated AWS with Sensatag RFID/IoT tracking to capture location events as tagged assets moved between sites, streaming that telemetry into Salesforce to update order status in near real time. I also replaced fragmented status inquiries with one continuous tracking flow, eliminating the manual check-ins customers previously relied on for shipment updates.
Patient Care App
Developed a healthcare-based application that allows patients to book doctor appointments by calling the clinic. The receptionist then checks the doctor's availability based on the patient's requirements. We built a user interface using Lightning web components with Google Calendar API. If the patient wants an appointment on any date, the user interface shows a list of doctors with their availability, and the receptionist can book a slot for the patient. As soon as the booking is confirmed, notifications are sent to both the doctor and the patient.
Heroku with Salesforce Integration
I delivered a global medical kit tracking and reporting application enabling hospitals to monitor kit location, availability, and status in real time. Each kit carries an embedded IoT device transmitting continuous geo-position telemetry, generating high-frequency location data at a volume that exceeded what native Salesforce processing could absorb economically.
I architected a Heroku-Salesforce integration to solve that constraint: Heroku ingests, buffers, and processes the raw geo-position stream at scale, then synchronizes consolidated status and location data back into Salesforce as the system of record. This offloaded high-volume telemetry processing away from the core org, protecting governor limits and platform performance while preserving Salesforce as the single interface for hospital-facing reporting.
