Along with this health experience, one of my greatest successes was the Bizworks mobile application, running on a subscription based model.
Upon joining this project, I was tasked with overseeing a whole Scrum team in Mexico that was mostly focused on Core and Investigation. Here, we provided crucial features and functionalities like background tasks, i18n, authentication, push alerts, monitoring, and optimal performance. Four scrum teams from Mexico, the US, Malaysia, and India worked together to build the full application in three program increments, each lasting nine months.
