I architected an end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solution to automate business processes and improve internal and external user workflows.

I first built Canvas Apps and model-driven apps based on business requirements and designed intuitive UI/UX experiences. I architected Power Pages solutions for secure external user access and self-service workflows. I then designed Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and row-level security (RLS). I also created Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, record updates, and automated business processes. I integrated Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.

Additionally, I configured user permissions and access across Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse. I created Power BI dashboards and reports to provide operational insights and support data visualization. Finally, I performed testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution, and provided user training, application demonstrations, and post-deployment support.

This is to centralize supply ordering for field wound care nurses. I built a Power Apps ordering system where nurses browse a categorized product catalog (dressings, PPE, wound care supplies) and submit orders directly from the field. On the back end, I developed an Order Hub for admins to track Active Orders, Supply Inventory, Order Reports, and Archive Orders in one place, with Power Automate flows handling order status updates and notifications. The solution replaced a manual, email-based ordering process with a structured system that gives both field staff and supply admins real-time visibility into order status and inventory needs.

I built a Power Apps invoice validation tool that loads vendor invoices as structured objects, along with their corresponding invoice document images. Users can review Purchase Order details, invoice ID, amount, currency, and tax data side by side with the scanned invoice for quick verification. The app streamlined what was previously a manual invoice-checking process, reducing errors from mismatched PO numbers and amounts before payments were processed. Used Azure AI for decision-making.
