- Designed the experimentation and delivery framework (A/B testing, staged rollout, monitoring, and exploration and exploitation) that drove nine successive timing model generations through full test cycles into production.

- Deployed models on Google Cloud (Kubernetes, Kafka, Deephaven, Iceberg, Trino, and BigQuery) with GitLab/Kargo CI/CD, and built the team's first Deephaven unit-testing framework, now used across other engineering teams.
- Migrated a legacy Dataflow pipeline for identity resolution and anonymization to a simpler custom Python FastStream application, cutting maintenance overhead and adding Grafana monitoring and alerting.
