Two React-based applications.

I updated the main application's infrastructure to be server-side rendered to improve performance and allow dynamic page SEO. I also created institutional and course pages connected to Prismic for content management and refactored state management using Redux for scalability.

Additionally, I created the back-office application with client-side rendering to create classes and courses. I also led a team of five in refactoring the project with the new structure, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality.

• Led the front-end development of a SaaS platform for educational organizations, including a flexible class builder that enabled clients to create and manage learning experiences without developer intervention.
• Led a team of front-end engineers, driving technical decisions, architecture, and implementation.
• Designed the application's data model and immutable state structure, defining how data flowed through the builder to keep it scalable and maintainable as new features were added.
• Created a shared design system used across both the public website and the back-office application, improving consistency and development speed.
• Led a large refactor of the main application to adopt the new data architecture with minimal disruption.
• Migrated the marketing website and landing pages to Prismic, allowing non-technical teams to manage content independently while reducing developer involvement in content updates.

As a Senior Software Engineer, I contributed to the development of a logistics platform, delivering features across both internal back-office tools and customer-facing applications. I designed and implemented a self-service user invitation and onboarding flow, replacing a manual process and significantly improving account activation. I automated billing workflows using Inngest and led the migration from 40Seas to Stripe, simplifying payment operations and increasing reliability. I also developed reporting and order-visualization features to support operational teams and introduced Sentry monitoring and alerting to improve incident detection and debugging. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with product, design, and back-end engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions and continuously improve the platform.
