Technicians use the app to document on-site maintenance work, create tickets, track assets, and attach extensive photo documentation. Since building interiors often have no connectivity, I implemented an offline-first architecture. Photos are compressed to JPEG at 80% quality on capture, persisted locally with the report, and queued for upload with automatic retry once connectivity returns. I also integrated REST APIs for tickets, and shipped the solution to iOS and Android with CI/CD via App Center and Bitrise. The app is now used by facility management teams across Europe.
City Events App
http://www.veceras.appI developed a city events app for Banja Luka, covering cinema and theater repertoires, live music, and pub gigs, answering the question of what's on tonight in one place. I built the solution from scratch, including a React Native app on Google Play, a NestJS back end with PostgreSQL, and an admin panel for content management. Event data comes from a scheduled crawler that scrapes cinema and venue sites for showtimes, with manual entry as a fallback for smaller venues, and Cloudinary handling image delivery. I also handled the store listing and release and maintained the app in production.
