I recently completed a project featuring the Woodmart theme, Elementor, WooCommerce, Advanced Custom Fields, Contact Form 7, UPayments, and various other tools. My primary task was collaborating closely with the client to resolve website issues and address database conflicts. Notably, I investigated the issue where certain products and product categories were not displaying on the website's front end. I conducted a thorough database analysis, identifying problematic entries, duplicates, and their associated metadata. My comprehensive report provided a clear roadmap for resolving these issues.
Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in implementing a user wallet system on the website, utilizing the TeraWallet plugin to enhance user engagement and convenience. To ensure a seamless user experience, I tackled the challenge of translating the header using advanced settings in the WPML plugin. Additionally, I integrated this translation solution effectively with the WP Super Cache plugin to optimize website performance.

Throughout this project, my skills, along with the selected tools and technologies, enabled me to effectively troubleshoot and enhance the website's functionality while resolving complex database conflicts.

Updated three WordPress pages to match client designs: two WooCommerce variable-product pages and a Contact Form 7 order-request page, all available in English and French through WPML.

• Created tabs for eight product types, each showing its own request form so customers can enter their requirements and send them to the company.
• Integrated PDF Forms Filler for CF7 with the PDF.ninja API to map submitted fields into a preformatted PDF and automatically attach it to the company's notification email.
• Built custom code to retrieve all products and variations and present them in tables where customers can review specifications and order all required variations directly with one button click.
• Supported two main attributes identifying each variation, plus custom specification attributes, so customers can select the available characteristics for each variation.
• Saved selected custom attributes with each order item, keeping the requested specifications visible to staff in admin order details and to customers when viewing their orders.

• Developed a custom plugin from scratch to integrate WooCommerce with FirstChoice POS, synchronizing products and online purchases with the merchant's POS account.
• Built a settings page to store merchant credentials and configure the FirstChoice POS integration.
• Implemented automatic import of all products from FirstChoice POS into WooCommerce when the plugin is installed, followed by periodic updates based on plugin settings.
• Added cart stock validation against FirstChoice POS before allowing customers to place WooCommerce orders.
• Synchronized new WooCommerce orders with FirstChoice POS to keep online purchases reflected in the merchant's POS account.

• Built a WordPress platform spanning 300+ websites across multisite networks and standalone installations, with multilingual support through WPML.
• Developed a custom people-data integration plugin to retrieve records from Hitobito, Puzzle ITC's centralized database, and store them in WordPress. Used a custom post type and Advanced Custom Fields to create people profiles for display on each website.
• Built WPML support into the integration to import content into the correct language and programmatically link translated profiles.
• Developed a second custom plugin to automatically synchronize selected articles and pages between network sites. Administrators could add source-site URLs, provided those sites had the plugin installed and active, then choose which content to keep synchronized.
• Added WPML support to content synchronization, ensuring imported pages and articles used the correct language and their translations were linked programmatically.
• Developed full and light versions of the client's main theme, with the light version providing essential functionality.

I developed ChatHearth, an AI chatbot plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce that helps visitors ask questions about website content, compare products, and choose the right products based on their needs.

The plugin uses OpenAI through WordPress Connectors and includes a built-in RAG knowledge base that indexes selected pages, posts, products, custom post types, and taxonomies. Embeddings are stored directly in the WordPress database and updated incrementally when content changes.

ChatHearth can answer questions about the page a visitor is viewing, provide source links, display product recommendations, compare WooCommerce products, and allow users to add products to their cart directly from the chat widget.

It also includes configurable appearance settings, conversation history, Markdown responses, rate limiting, content moderation, optional reCAPTCHA protection, a kill switch, and site-wide usage controls.

The plugin is publicly available on the official WordPress.org plugin directory.

I worked with MediaTech Ventures, a media startup incubator running a complex WordPress community and learning platform built with BuddyBoss, BuddyPress, BuddyForms, LearnDash, Divi, HubSpot, and several third-party services.

My work included integrating BuddyForms registration forms with HubSpot so new users and custom registration fields were automatically synchronized with the CRM. I also refactored existing BuddyBoss parent-theme customizations into a child theme to make future theme updates safer and easier to maintain.

In addition, I customized the BuddyBoss NewsFeed to display recent community activity and introduced custom activity events required by the platform.

For comment migration, I used the OneAll LoudVoice API to export externally stored comments and developed a custom WordPress plugin to import them into WordPress while preserving comment/reply hierarchy, author details, original dates, and essential metadata.

The project combined WordPress development, CRM integration, BuddyBoss and LearnDash customization, API-based migration, theme refactoring, troubleshooting, and custom plugin development.

• Enhanced a static Webflow website by facilitating content updates and migration to WordPress, eliminating the need for manual code editing.

The UX/UI of the client's website. I worked with the client to create the UX/UI of their website. I used Adobe XD, and here you can see exported images of the pages: bit.ly/creos-ux-ui. I also worked on the development of the website. I built the website using the Gutenberg editor and used the GeneratePress theme (generatepress.com) as the basic theme because it is a lightweight WordPress theme focusing on speed, stability, and accessibility. In addition, I used the GenerateBlocks (generateblocks.com) plugin to add some basic blocks to Gutenberg. The plugin is a small collection of lightweight WordPress blocks that can accomplish nearly anything.

In addition, I developed ten custom blocks to match the clients' UX/UI designs. The blocks include the Toggle switch, Testimonials, Tabs, Icon Box, Flip Card, Featured Box, Facts Carousel, Counter, Cards Carousel, and Accordion.

• I ensured one-time and monthly donation options, with funds sent to separate Stripe accounts based on user choices. Additionally, I enabled automatic receipt generation and resolved layout and responsiveness issues in Gravity Forms.

I worked with BuildPalestine to complete the following tasks:
• Building custom blocks in Divi to allow them to add complex content based on their designs.
• Helping them set up their Strip account, connect it to Donorbox, and integrate the form on their website.
• Fixing some Divi-related issues, like performance and display.
• Fixing their security issue and installing and setting up Sucuri service.

• Migrated a property-affiliate website from Divi/DiviEstate to a custom GeneratePress child theme with GenerateBlocks, Gutenberg, and ACF, supporting affiliate listings and SEO-focused articles.
• Replaced property-feature metadata with categorized custom taxonomies to improve database queries and performance.
• Built 20 custom blocks, mostly dynamic, using React, REST API, and PHP: advanced search, featured articles, property/post carousels, icon boxes, maps, archive titles, grid/list filters, and reusable property cards.
• Created property-page blocks for the hero, affiliate button, gallery, standout features, “what we like” (ACF text list), categorized features, map, and related listings.

Extended WooCommerce products by adding two custom taxonomies and one custom field that was added to a PDF.

Migrated old product information, images, and variations to the new website with the "WooCommerce Product CSV Import Suite" plugin.

Set the "YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote" plugin so visitors can add products to their request and then send the request to the website admin.

Created an advanced search form that uses all 11 custom fields, the product title, and SKU to filter the products.

Added the FAQ page as accordions.

I created a sticky sidebar for the single project page that sticks to the screen while users scroll down.

Integrated the product zoom plugin with the functionality of popup slideshow images. When users hover on a gallery image, the image will zoom and move based on the mouse movement, and a plus icon will open the image in a popup slideshow.

Customized my account page content, links (endpoints), and the checkout page messages and layout.

Updated the server PHP and MySQL to the latest versions.

Set up the security plugin configuration and the SSL certificate correctly to make the website highly secure.

The old content (products, pages, posts, and custom posts) was migrated to their new website (500+ entries were migrated).

Created a plugin to export products from shop plugin to CSV file, made the data compatible with the WooCommerce Product CSV Import Suite, and stripped all the inline styles from the contents of the products.

Migrated the product categories and tags from the shop plugin to WooCommerce.

Made the following WooCommerce customizations:
• Connected products with specific other products and displayed them on the front end as related products.
• Updated the product gallery to display the product video at the end of the gallery.
• Added a code to filter available shipping methods and if free shipping is allowed based on the address and cart items.

Set up the ticketing system on the website with the Event Calendar plugin and WooCommerce so that the website admin can sell tickets for events based on several locations and dates.

Created an auto-menu filler in the footer.

Fixed several plugin conflict issues that were causing the WordPress control panel to stop working properly.

• I created a plugin to filter the zip codes on the checkout page; if the zip code does not pass the filter, the client email is automatically sent to Mailchimp API.

• The second plugin I created was a cron job that runs every day to check the old orders that remain in specific status for a specific amount of days and automatically create tickets for them on Zendesk using the Zendesk API. The tickets are made once per minute to avoid overwhelming the Zendesk API.

• The third plugin was an update on a ticket creator plugin to allow the users to attach images to their tickets. Here I checked the user email and order ID and used the WordPress nonce field to make the form as secure as possible. The user can create a ticket and attach several images if the order is found.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Developed a bilingual English-Arabic WordPress website for Flowless, a Palestinian water technology startup. The website presents its solutions, products, and international impact through six distinct page layouts and responsive designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborated with the team to plan the sitemap, clarify the company's strengths, and organize its solutions.
• Worked with the design team on desktop and mobile Figma designs suited to WordPress.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Developed a custom WooCommerce plugin that lets merchants manage Fincart shipping directly from their store. It combines REST APIs, webhooks, two-way synchronization, bulk actions, and shipping document generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Integrated Fincart APIs for shipment creation, mapping customer details, addresses, items, COD payments, pickup locations, package settings, and order amounts.
• Built settings for API authentication, pickup locations, package options, and order descriptions.
• Added individual and bulk shipment sending from WooCommerce order screens.

Designed and developed a bilingual tour booking website for Travel Indigenous, enabling visitors to explore local tours, reserve places, and pay online. Built with WordPress, GeneratePress, and GenerateBlocks, the website combines responsive layouts, custom reservation forms, and WooCommerce payments.

Redesigned DMV Towing & Roadside’s WordPress website to make services easier to find and requests easier to submit. The project combined an 11-page structure, Figma designs, custom forms, Towbook integration, and location tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reviewed the old website and planned a simpler 11-page structure with the client.
• Helped select a base theme and designed page layouts in Figma.
• Built a multi-step job application using Gravity Forms, generating one combined PDF sent by email.
• Connected the service request form to the Towbook API and verified that submissions arrived correctly.
• Created a “Find My Location” tool using the Google Maps API and helped configure Google Cloud.
• Integrated Google reviews through WP Social Ninja and added customer feedback forms.
• Added time-based controls so service requests were available from 7 am to 7 pm, with Washington, DC, as the default location.
