To populate the marketplace, I engineered an advanced data extraction and processing pipeline that scraped over 30,000 products across 150+ distinct websites. I built a custom 12-step LLM prompt pipeline that processed every single product, automatically transforming inconsistent, unstructured scraped data into a clean, standardized format. I also focused heavily on technical SEO, dynamically generating optimized slash pages for individual products. I structured the database and back-end queries to ensure the platform remained highly responsive and scalable, preventing any performance degradation when handling massive product categories.
OmniCommerce Internal Engine
To achieve this without degrading performance, I engineered a custom middleware interceptor that catches incoming requests prior to the standard security layer, identifies the origin storefront, and dynamically routes the request to that specific brand's database. Furthermore, I implemented dynamic, configurable connection pooling initialized at back-end startup. This allowed the centralized back end to efficiently fetch connections, process transactions, and scale up or down based on the combined traffic demands of all internal stores without causing system bottlenecks.
