Work Experience
Founder | CEO
13KBS
- Delivered projects across edtech, healthcare, fintech, and travel, including an AI-powered grading platform, a hospital's digital presence, and a mutual fund distributor's platform.
- Brought in contractors as needed for specific projects, managing scope, delivery, and client relationships end-to-end.
- Provided SOC 2 and compliance consulting alongside product development.
- Acquired and managed clients independently — from discovery calls to scoping, delivery, and ongoing support.
Senior Full-stack Engineer
Frizzle Inc
- Built an AI-powered math worksheet grading SaaS: Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Stripe billing, AWS S3 uploads, LMS integrations (Canvas, Google Classroom via Edlink), and LLM-based grading with real-time status updates.
- Replaced GraphQL with the Supabase SDK to remove serverless cold starts (around 60% faster after improvements/refactoring AI-generated code).
- Built admin ghost mode (view the app as any teacher, RLS-safe, no writes).
- Shipped enterprise billing: contracts, expiry, Stripe usage, admin expiry-warning emails.
- Worked with LMS import/export (Canvas, Google Classroom via Edlink), grading pipeline (Inngest, S3), and student email export.
- Owned production bugs end-to-end: auth/ghost sessions, RLS (teacher vs principal vs admin), Stripe webhooks, grading jobs, and performance. Traced issues in app + DB + edge functions, then shipped the fix — not just a workaround.
Senior Full-stack Developer
Farewell
- Led full-stack development at Farewell, a US end-of-life planning startup. Built production-grade tools using React, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and OpenAI, collaborating directly with founders on architecture and delivery.
- Built Planafarewell.com, the core planning platform, with secure account flows, dynamic forms, and mobile responsiveness using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Developed Signals.planafarewell.com, a lead-gen analytics dashboard integrating OpenAI (legacy writing), Plaid (financial data), and e-signature-enabled PDF generation.
- Delivered Find-account.planafarewell.com, an asset finder app using Supabase, Experian APIs, and secure React UI patterns.
- Led SEO strategy, achieving 1st-page Google ranking for competitive funeral-related keywords across the US.
- Managed DevOps. Set up VPC, IAM, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Automated deployments, implemented staging environments, and integrated Sentry for error monitoring and observability.
- Collaborated cross-functionally with non-technical founders and content writers to shape UX, product roadmap, and internal CMS tools using Retool.
- Integrated Sentry for real-time error logging and observability, reducing issue resolution time.
- Integrated OpenAI API, Plaid, Twilio SMS, PDF engines, and automation via n8n for internal workflows.
- Supported SOC 2 compliance efforts by implementing secure engineering practices, managing GitLab/VPC permissions, and integrating automated checks using Vanta, contributing to a successful external audit.
Full-stack Developer
Meet Klara, Inc.
- Built a flexible, embeddable eCommerce widget using React and Node.js, capable of integrating seamlessly with Shopify, WordPress, Wix, and other platforms, enabling rapid onboarding across tech stacks.
- Engineered robust integrations with Shopify APIs, Stripe, and Plaid to power embedded checkout, account linking, and payment intelligence, creating a unified customer experience across merchants.
- Led full-stack development of the app back-end Node.js and mentored a junior developer, while streamlining deployments via AWS and improving developer velocity with modern CI/CD.
- Collaborated closely with design (Figma) and no-code tools (Airtable) to validate product flows, helping the client pivot faster and iterate based on real merchant feedback.
Senior Software Engineer
Elmlab
- Delivered a dynamic JSON-driven form builder and complex condition-based form rendering using React, enabling non-technical users to configure device behaviors via UI.
- Built interactive data visualization components for real-time IoT device management dashboards.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines using Firebase Hosting/GitHub, including staging and production environments for multiple white-labeled instances.
- Collaborated closely with the founder and seniors to hit an aggressive launch timeline within a few weeks.
- Managed a short-term, part-time project with an IoT company focused on rapid MVP delivery for internal dashboards and configuration tools.
Senior Software Engineer
Logistic Infotech
- Developed the front end of a warehouse management system with a large number of active users.
- Improved the app by fixing bugs and implementing new features as the client requested using Jira.
- Implemented Cypress automation for end-to-end test cases with a Cypress dashboard to track failing test cases.
- Handled a team of developers and designers, helping them understand requirements and performing code to solve bugs whenever they got stuck. In this role, I learned to delegate small, manageable, and simplified tasks easier to track, work, and test.
- Installed and configured LAMP servers for many projects with Git and Node.js as required.
- Implemented CI/CD pipelines that run all the test cases on each merge request using GitHub Actions.
- Implemented Pendo.io to show help text and track user activities like click, navigate, and more, allowing clients to generate reports easily.
- Converted an Adobe XD prototype to functional React components.
- Created two open-source libraries for Sails.js that generate swagger automatically and allow developers to set a job queue.
Full-stack Developer | Ionic/Laravel Developer
Logistic Infotech
- Developed REST APIs with Laravel and consumed with Ionic.
- Provided multi-language support using the i18n library.
- Implemented hot update functionality using Ionic service.
- Used a beacon functionality to connect with mobile and get nearby shops in exhibitions.
Junior Software Engineer
Logistic Infotech
- Refactored and updated the internal ERP system that manages the employee's payroll.
- Fixed bugs reported by users and implemented test cases.
- Implemented a new functionality requested by the HR department and set up the deployment flow with the LAMP server and Git.
Project History
Intrahospital Patient Transport
My role was to manage the front-end part of the app, mainly with AWS Datastore, Amplify, and Lambda. For QA, I implemented CI/CD with Cypress automation, and I also used Monday.com to manage tasks and GitHub to spearhead source code. To understand specific requirements and give the client updates, I perform alternate daily standups.
Serviis | An Angular/Ionic Project
This platform allows users to book or hire professionals to provide services like home repairs, teaching and translation, events planning, beauty and healthcare consultancy, business assistance, and many more. Each service type has a dynamic form to fill with proper validations.
I also developed a mobile app in Ionic for similar functionality as the website has, with both user login and registration flow.
Laravel Language Translation Module with Admin Panel
The user can translate JSON files from many languages to many other languages. I created the admin panel to show the reports of failing and successful jobs.
3PL Central | Warehouse Management System
https://www.3plcentral.com/This allowed the organization to add new functionality with the micro front end. Hence, each project has different repo but runs on the same URL, passing (authentication data, permissions, etc.) to communicate.
