Additionally, I built multi-agent optimization workflows with LangChain and LangGraph to automate CPU/GPU workload right-sizing, driving significant operational cost reductions and reducing emissions for enterprise data center clients.
Mizou – AI Chatbot Platform for Education
https://mizou.comMizou is an EdTech platform where teachers create custom AI chatbots for their students, used for language practice, tutoring, and interactive lessons, with thousands of students chatting daily. I worked on the backend and AI layer. I built the chatbot engine on Anthropic and OpenAI APIs with per bot prompts, guardrails to keep conversations safe and on topic for students, and structured outputs for teacher facing reports. I integrated ElevenLabs for text to speech and speech to text on the input side so bots could hold voice conversations, with streaming, audio caching, and fallbacks to keep latency and cost low. I also handled model routing and token budgets so per conversation cost stayed predictable as usage grew, and built the FastAPI services and PostgreSQL data model behind it, deployed on AWS.
Resilis – AI-Assisted Business Continuity and Crisis Management Platform

I worked on the backend and AI features. I built the LLM powered scenario modeling that turns a firm's critical activities, sites, applications, and third party dependencies into structured plans, and the automated tabletop exercise generator used to keep plans current between audits, using LangChain with Anthropic and OpenAI models behind a gateway with guardrails and cost controls. I also worked on the real time crisis operations center, with situation summaries, action tracking, and event logging over WebSockets, designed to stay operational when the customer's own IT is down. The stack was FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis on AWS, with encryption at rest and in transit and least privilege access to meet ISO 27001 and SEC Regulation S-P requirements.
