Implemented platform capabilities such as notifications, distributed processing, and real-time synchronization while incorporating enterprise messaging concepts, including transaction management, idempotency, dead-letter queues (DLQ), and replay strategies.
I built secure REST APIs with versioning, pagination, robust error handling, JWT-based authentication, and role-based authorization. I developed an admin portal for tenant onboarding, RBAC, role and permission management, and audit logging for activities such as failed logins and permission changes. The platform was containerized and deployed with Docker and Kubernetes to enable scalable, resilient operations.

I developed a real-time credit card fraud detection module using an event-driven architecture to identify suspicious payment transactions. It ingests data from multiple healthcare systems, enriches and validates the incoming data, transforms it into formats such as JSON, XML, HL7 v2.x, and FHIR, and securely delivers it to downstream clinical and enterprise applications.
The platform supports healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2.x and FHIR, enabling the reliable exchange of patient demographics, encounters, laboratory results, clinical observations, prescriptions, and other healthcare records among EHRs, laboratories, payer systems, and third-party healthcare applications. It was built on a distributed, event-driven publish-subscribe architecture for scalable and reliable data processing.

Agentic AI Triage Platform
The platform implemented end-to-end data ingestion pipelines to extract enterprise data and perform document parsing, chunking, semantic indexing, and contextual retrieval for a vector knowledge base. The workflow included query refinement, retrieval optimization, reranking, prompt orchestration, context handling, and structured outputs to improve response quality and enable seamless downstream integration.
The solution utilized an MCP layer to securely expose enterprise tools for ticket updates, queue assignment, and notifications. An LLM Gateway was implemented to provide centralized AI governance, including model routing, cost and usage observability, rate limiting, fallback handling, and policy enforcement. LLM Guard was integrated to protect against prompt injection and jailbreak attempts, while enforcing input/output validations.
