I designed and deployed an internal AI-powered voice agent to automate call centre interactions and lead qualification workflows, enabling 24/7 real-time voice engagement through Twilio Programmable Voice. The system was built to handle inbound and outbound calls, dynamically interpret user intent, and respond contextually during live conversations.

I implemented large language model (LLM)-driven voice dialogue pipelines using OpenAI (ChatGPT), integrating speech-to-text and text-to-speech flows to support natural, real-time conversations. The solution included Twilio Call SID–based routing, session and state management, dual-channel audio handling, and intelligent fallback logic to ensure call continuity.

Additionally, I developed robust logging and monitoring mechanisms, including full call transcription, retry handling, and call-drop detection, to ensure reliability and traceability for internal operations. The system was containerised and deployed for internal use, supporting scalable call volumes, improving lead qualification efficiency, and reducing manual agent workload.

• Architected a production-grade AI voice outreach and SMS communication platform, integrating 12+ SMS gateways including Twilio, MSG91, Gupshup, TextLocal, Kaleyra, and more.
• Delivered complex workflows such as SMS follow-ups, voice calls, calendar booking, and driving lead conversion across sales and support funnels.
• Developed OTP-based verification, delivery status tracking, webhook ingestion, and contact segmentation logic.
• Built large language model (LLM)-powered calling workflows that handled call-to-text parsing, agent-style answering, user sentiment tagging, and data logging.
• Deployed CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Amazon ECS, and ensured system resilience through background tasks managed via Celery and Redis.
