Integration of Salesforce and Event Management Platform
An application developed to sync accounts, contacts, and opportunities (in both directions) between Salesforce and an event management platform. I was the sole developer, involved from requirements gathering through post-go-live support, and there were zero post-production bugs. This project reduced 40 person-hours per week that had been required for manual data syncing.
License Update for an Existing Salesforce Implementation
A project to replace existing Salesforce licenses with Customer Community Plus licenses for users who only edit cases assigned to them. I was the sole developer involved in the development and deployment of the whole setup. The project involved the introduction of the Community setup and user access as well as adding entitlement and milestones to cases.
Mobile Application for Auditing
A Salesforce app to automatically create and schedule audit records for client locations and assign them to auditors based on their geographical location and availability. The app is mobile device supported, which enables auditors to log their observations while onsite, using their iPads, and send email and SMS notifications to their clients while on the go.

An app that autocreates service cases for accounts based on the products purchased and integrates the whole case process journey in Oracle. I was the developer responsible for implementing Apex coding and API integration.
Salesforce Survey Enhancement
A project to enhance an existing survey process. Initially, the survey was sent from Salesforce via mass email by creating the client details. As part of this project, the survey was sent from the external system where the client details resided. On answering the survey, the Salesforce site would be used to capture the results and send consolidated result details to the external system via REST API integration. A report was then generated in Salesforce, including insights about the responses. The Salesforce data space was saved by removing the necessity to create information.
