My management engineering capstone team built a video-based shopping experience for fashion to eliminate up to 53% of returns, reduce supply chain costs by 5%, and increase first-time customer retention by 18% or more.

We prototyped our solution, incorporated an Ontario corporation, filed for a provisional patent, and sought out brand partners. We have paused operations indefinitely.

I was in charge of the React Native app and Firebase platform tech development.

Caravan Clubs helps facilitate online book clubs and communities. All communication within your clubs and other channels exists on Discord. The Caravan Clubs website helps you and your buddies manage the Discord channels.

As a team of five, we built and grew the platform to 2,000 users with 50% active daily in three months. The project was incubated in Velocity Garage, and later, we were interviewed for placement in Y Combinator. Finally, we open-sourced the whole project on GitHub.

I created IBM's open-source Audit-CI, a security tool for Node.js that audits npm and Yarn dependencies in continuous integration environments, preventing integration if vulnerabilities are found above a configurable level. Currently, it has 400,000 monthly downloads and is used by IBM, NASA, Microsoft, the European Union, SAP, UK's Ministry of Justice, Adobe, Telus, BBC, Porsche, among others.

The Toptal React Accelerator is an exclusive learning program that educates JavaScript developers in React, NextJS, Redux, and GraphQL. This is a 2-month program that consists of rigorous learning exercises and hands-on activities along with a stringent evaluation process, comprehensive learning assessments, and 30-40 hours of building an Invoice Management System. Within this invoicing application, users are able to track invoices, clients, and company information.
