I led the end-to-end development of a global enterprise e-card recognition platform designed to enhance employee engagement across 55,000+ users.

Starting from a concept, I collaborated with business stakeholders to gather requirements, worked closely with UI/UX teams on design, and aligned with enterprise architects to ensure compliance with technical standards. As the lead developer, I built the platform using the SharePoint Framework, React, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate.

Key features include pre-designed templates, personalized messages with GIFs and emojis, group recognition, and full integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. I implemented event-driven automation for birthdays, anniversaries, and onboarding, ensuring seamless, time-zone-aware recognition. Post-launch, I led user feedback sessions and delivered enhancements to improve usability, engagement, and performance.

I led the successful end-to-end migration of a corporate video platform from Qumu to Microsoft Stream on SharePoint to modernize content delivery and integrate with Microsoft 365. As the primary developer, I wrote all automation scripts for extracting, transforming, and uploading video content and metadata, ensuring integrity, consistency, and seamless mapping to the new platform.

Additionally, I developed and executed detailed test plans covering playback, permissions, metadata, and captions. I owned communication with product owners, provided regular updates, managed risks, and created release documentation. I also provided hands-on release and hypercare support, working weekends and after-hours to execute bulk uploads, validate data, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring zero downtime and no data loss.

The migration was completed on time and was praised for its smooth execution. Through this project, I deepened my expertise in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint integration, metadata management, release coordination, and large-scale enterprise content migration—delivering a high-impact, user-centered solution aligned with modern digital workplace strategies.

As lead developer and architect for the Enterprise Search Portal, I designed and implemented a unified search solution leveraging Microsoft Search and Azure Graph connectors to index and surface content across multiple enterprise knowledge platforms.

Under a tight deadline, I collaborated with cross-functional teams—including Office 365, Azure, and business stakeholders—to define architecture and integration requirements. I engineered the deployment of Azure Graph connectors, configuring network security, firewall rules, and permissions to enable seamless data ingestion.

Addressing licensing constraints of the default E3 plan, I worked directly with Microsoft to procure advanced connectors, securing additional budget through executive-level presentations. I translated business needs into technical user stories, coordinated Agile development efforts, and maintained weekly cross-team syncs to mitigate risks and ensure alignment.

I led the migration of the Canada portal from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, overseeing a cross-functional team through the entire project lifecycle.

I developed the overall migration strategy and detailed migration plan, beginning with a full audit of existing site collections, customizations, and user roles. I designed the SharePoint Online architecture and created detailed target site mappings to modernize and optimize the portal structure. I also authored and executed custom PowerShell migration scripts to automate bulk content and metadata transfer, leveraging the SharePoint Migration Tool for secure, streamlined migration.

Additionally, I implemented permissions, workflows, and 3rd-party integrations in SharePoint Online to ensure business continuity. I enabled French translation using Microsoft's out-of-the-box multilingual features to support Allstate's bilingual user base. I also managed user acceptance testing, pre- and post-migration validation, and stakeholder communication to ensure a smooth, disruption-free transition.

I developed and launched the Allstate Package Tool mobile app using Microsoft Power Apps, delivering a streamlined solution for real-time package management.

I designed and built the entire UI/UX, enabling users to add and receive packages efficiently through integrated features like barcode scanning—supporting USPS, UPS, FedEx, and all major carriers—camera-enabled screenshots, and e-signature and pen signature input for secure delivery confirmation.

I engineered automated flows for background processing, asset library management, and seamless carrier code lookup via external API integration. I also implemented advanced search and tracking functions to quickly locate package details and enhance user productivity. Finally, I managed the full lifecycle from prototyping to production, including test planning and release coordination.
