Project History
Workday HCM
Developed the strategy as part of the data modernization team to implement Workday Prism and integrate data from different sources into Workday for building reports. As a team director, I also owned the entire Workday Prism platform.
Availability Data Warehouse
As a lead architect, I developed a three- and five-year strategy to integrate data from external and internal sources related to ITIL processes, such as incident, change, and problem management. The platform handled over 100 million transactions. I created various analytical reports and dashboards for C-level leaders to analyze and make operational decisions regarding infrastructure. I led a team of over 30 people, making all technical decisions. The team was globally distributed, with a significant portion based in India.
