I architected ReachAI, an open-source multi-agent engine that automates the entire outbound workflow, from lead discovery to AI-personalized emails, smart scheduling, and reply detection. Built with a modular architecture powered by Hunter.io, Groq, and SMTP, ReachAI streamlines the sales process by handling repetitive tasks, allowing users to focus on closing deals rather than chasing leads. I implemented verified lead discovery, Groq-powered email personalization using Llama 3.1 80b, smart batch scheduling, inbox reply detection, and a real-time dashboard to monitor performance and results.

In just 48 hours, I designed a clarity-first, agentic AI solution for the IBM watsonx Orchestrate Hackathon that understands natural language intent and builds intelligent agents to automate workflows across HR, sales, finance, and customer service. I leveraged IBM Granite models for deep AI analysis, including pattern detection, anomaly identification, and predictive insights, delivering unified, actionable UI responses.

The solution integrates seamlessly with CRMs, HR systems, and finance tools, enabling end-to-end orchestration with alerts and predictive visualizations. Its unique value lies in cross-agent orchestration, unifying multiple domains to reduce complexity and empower teams to focus on high-value work.
