I developed a referral case automation solution for Witherite Law Group, which transformed the way incoming cases from partner law firms were communicated, tracked, and processed. This project required close collaboration with the referral department managers and one of the lead attorneys to understand exactly how cases were being shared, what delays were happening, and where information was falling through the cracks.

Using Workato and integrating directly with Filevine, I designed a new workflow that streamlined communication between the referring firms and Witherite's intake/referral team. What made this project especially meaningful to me was that it wasn't just coding against a predefined set of requirements. I proactively suggested a brand-new workflow, mapped out a more efficient intake structure, and then built the automation around it.

This solution not only reduced manual follow-ups but also gave the referral team real-time visibility and accountability on every case coming in from partner firms. It's one of the projects I'm most proud of because it blended process design, stakeholder collaboration, and technical integration to create a system that immediately made the team's work faster, clearer, and more consistent.

I built a P&L-by-project automation for a home repair and construction company that needed clearer insight into the profitability of each job. Their field management tool was Glide, but all of their financial data lived in QuickBooks, and none of it was connected. To address this, I designed a workflow that extracted detailed P&L data from QuickBooks, transformed it in Workato, and utilized an AWS Lambda function to calculate true project-level profitability, including labor, materials, and overhead allocations.

The automation synced each project's financial performance directly into Glide, providing field managers and leadership with real-time visibility into profit margins, eliminating the need for manual report exports or spreadsheet interpretation. This project was gratifying because it allowed me to architect the entire data flow end-to-end, from QuickBooks to AWS to Workato to Glide, and I could see the significant value it brought to a team that previously had no live financial insight at the project level. It combined my experience with ERP data structures and my passion for building clean, business-focused automation that actually helps people run their company more confidently.
