- Worked on SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP), including integration with SAP Commerce Cloud (CC) and 3rd-party applications.
- Leveraged the Jira tool and a custom ticketing tool to manage support and development tasks, including creating tasks and writing acceptance criteria.
- Performed client-facing work by collaborating closely with stakeholders. Completed deployment and hyper-care for the production environment of SAP CDC and SAP CC, and efficiently handled all P1 issues to resolve queries.
- Integrated with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) for master data import. Provided SAP ECPM solution support and integrated it with SAP CDP to synchronize communication preferences with SAP CDC. Scheduled data jobs and worked on account sync processes.
- Implemented with EMRs and external systems, including Shopify. Integrated with SAP S/4HANA for master data synchronization and CIAM migration.
