Project History
Post Go-live Issue Resolution and Management
Post the go-live event, around 40-60% of incidents had disturbed the production environment's stability.
This was due to the implementation team's lack of requirement gathering at the time of the blueprint phase.
Being from the support team, I prepared the strategy planning, tracked, studied, analyzed the issue pattern, and provided solutions that resolved 55% of the issues. Thus, bringing the production system to its stable condition.

Monitoring Dashboard
A monitoring dashboard was created for the SAP Basis team and end users to daily monitor the SAP System dumps, batch job failures, number of users login issues, and number of failed processors.
This dashboard was developed with the help of ABAP objects, including data dictionary tables, function modules, RFC, and BAPI. It saved a lot of time and effort by 75% because of the ability to view all the issues in one place and avoid the pain of going to each transaction daily.
