The project's goal was to implement the API gateway in VTB, the second largest bank in Russia. I played a key role in implementing the platform, which was acknowledged by PayTech Awards and Global Banking Finance Awards.

SpiderSilk Fingerprinting Service
SpiderSilk identifies the software running on over a million internet-facing assets. I owned the fingerprinting service end to end, from architecture to delivery and integration with SpiderSilk's scanning pipeline. I replaced the legacy engine with a compiled-regex (Vectorscan) engine, which is over 100x faster (median from 204 ms to 1.4 ms). In production, it sustained about 350 requests per second across three Kubernetes pods at a 34 ms median. Monthly volume grew from about 0.5 million detections in June 2026 to about 10 million in July. I built the engines and gRPC API, the technology taxonomy with LLM-based entity linking, the Kafka classification lane, and the evaluation engine. I tuned the serving path, lifting throughput by 68% per process. I migrated the entire corpus to a URN-based key across all services and removed duplicate technology records.

Durable multi-agent software delivery workflow
My own workflow engine for software delivery with AI coding agents (2026 – present). Deterministic Python owns sequencing, retries and acceptance; coding agents (Claude Code, Pi) work inside bounded phases with typed handoffs, driven by my own agent harnesses, skills, prompts and hooks. Human gates decide anything irreversible, every run is traced live, and a web dashboard shows it. It takes a task from the plan through implementation, tests and review to a pull request.
