Designed and built a complete E2E test automation framework from scratch to demonstrate full-stack QA capability across UI, API, and load testing. The framework covers 19 UI test cases built with Playwright, TestNG, and the POM, and 8 API test cases against the OSM Notes API using REST Assured. REST Assured was chosen over Nominatim because it supports the create, modify, and delete operations needed for thorough scenario coverage.

Load testing was implemented in Gatling, simulating 1,000 concurrent users over a 15-second ramp-up to validate performance under stress. The project includes a GitLab CI/CD pipeline, a structured test scenario and test case tracker, a bug report documenting 4 identified defects, a load test analysis report, and a recorded demo walkthrough.

All reporting follows a consistent AssertLogger pattern with Extent Reports for pass and fail logging, mirroring the conventions used in my enterprise automation work.

Java, Selenium WebDriver, and REST Assured automation framework covering UI and API testing for an eCommerce web application. Built to demonstrate strong Selenium proficiency alongside API test design.

The UI suite covers 12 test cases spanning login, search, cart, and guest checkout (via Cash on Delivery), using Selenium 4.6+'s built-in Selenium Manager for driver handling, so no manual WebDriver binary setup is needed. The API suite covers 6 test cases against the OpenStreetMap Nominatim API, including search, reverse geocoding, invalid-input error handling, and response-time assertions.

The framework follows a Page Object Model with an auto-logging layer that resolves element names directly from field names, so no manual description strings are needed in test steps. Configuration is layered (system property to operating system environment variable to config file to local developer fallback), supporting local, staging, and CI environments without code changes. Reporting is handled via ExtentReports with Log4j2 logging, and a GitHub Actions pipeline runs the full suite on every push.

TypeScript UI automation project built with Playwright's native test runner (@playwright/test) for an eCommerce web application.

The suite uses Playwright fixtures to wire in page objects and set up test state—each page object is its own fixture, plus composed fixtures to generate randomized guest checkout data and seed the cart before the test body runs. Playwright's per-test isolated browser contexts mean no explicit teardown is needed.

15 tests cover login, search, cart, and checkout flows. Beyond the happy paths, I documented several real site behaviors found while building this: a delayed Ajax render on search results, a hover-reveal Add to Cart overlay requiring an explicit hover before click, duplicate DOM elements requiring .first()/:visible scoping to avoid strict-mode errors, and login rate-limiting that required asserting on a shared error prefix rather than an exact copy to avoid CI flakiness.

CI runs via GitHub Actions on every push, using Playwright's built-in HTML report and trace viewer to diagnose failures.
