A recruiter's tool that allows users to handle multiple company positions with the built-in Django and React.

I played the key role in developing this CRM that provides a Chrome extension to parse and feed the talent pool. With the candidate selected for a position, the recruiter can schedule interviews with the different platform users. The candidate can choose the time according to the configured calendar availability and the user's configuration.
The tool provides a configurable interface to:
• handle different flows for different positions,
• give secret feedback to maintain the interviewers' objectivity while rating the user during the process,
• centralize the communication to provide cohesive feedback,
• communicate about the candidates' state if a position is closed or paused, the candidate is rejected, or the process is slowed down to provide a better experience for everyone, and
• maintain candidate pools for future references.

Worked on the maintenance and evolution of the client’s platform, contributing to both infrastructure stability and the development of new data-driven capabilities. Responsibilities included maintaining core platform components, proposing and developing new technical initiatives, and designing data ingestion systems to transform unstructured information into structured datasets. As part of the infrastructure improvements, legacy bulk-processing workflows were refactored into microservices to improve system responsiveness and user experience. Additionally, notification and event-tracking mechanisms were optimized to capture more granular user behavior data, enabling better visibility into user interactions and supporting future analytics and product decisions.
