Designed and developed an invoice automation system using Microsoft Power Platform to streamline accounts payable processes. I leveraged Dataverse as the centralized database, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) for intuitive user interfaces, and Power Automate for automated email extraction from the accounting department. I also integrated AI Builder and the Document Intelligence service for OCR-based data extraction and validation against business rules. Power Automate Desktop was used to automate the process of entering validated invoice data into Oracle Workbench, thereby eliminating repetitive manual tasks.

The solution significantly reduced processing time, improved data accuracy, and enabled finance staff to focus on exceptions and strategic activities, delivering measurable efficiency gains across the organization.

Architected and led the development of an International Generic Ageing Lessons Learned (IGALL) application using Blazor Server, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core. I designed a simplified data model and UI using Figma, implementing CQRS to achieve clear separation between UI and business logic. I also managed a team of 4–5 offshore developers and testers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

The application imports data from Excel templates, performs extraction and validation, and prepares it for an approval workflow, leveraging Aspose for Excel's import/export capabilities.

The system improved data consistency, streamlined approval processes, and provided a maintainable, scalable solution for managing lessons learned across international teams.
