Gugumello is a digital platform for an early childhood music education program based in Pula, Croatia. The solution consists of a public-facing website that presents the program, educational approach, workshops, and enrollment options, along with a dedicated event and registration platform.

Immomer was a real estate MVP supporting location-based property searches through a React application, a .NET 6 API, and PostgreSQL with PostGIS. Google geocoding supported geographic searches, while Amazon S3 stored property images and static assets.
I handled system architecture and infrastructure and led the development team. I defined the technical structure and integration boundaries, guided implementation decisions, and coordinated development priorities and delivery.
