Project History
Salesforce — Agile Tools
I created two agile tools on the Salesforce platform that enable teams to participate in agile rituals: poker planning—used by the team to collaborate on estimating user stories in the backlog—and Retrospective— used for gathering details on what went well and ideas for improvement in sprints.
Salesforce — Field Service Lightning Implementation
I was the technical lead for the 18-months-long project to migrate the Click Software (retiring) to Salesforce Field Service Lightning. I participated in the initial impact analysis, functional design for process transformation and improvement, technical design for the Salesforce platform, integration analysis with other applications, technical review of implementations, and release support.
Salesforce — Service Cloud Implementation
I was the Salesforce admin, consultant, and developer for five clients' Salesforce Service cloud implementation. I also played the role of integration analyst to design the interfaces related to the Salesforce application, setting up the DevOps CI/CD pipeline and acting as the release manager.
