Cobalt | Immigration Management System
Cobalt is BAL's immigration services case management platform. I worked as a QA tech lead for the UI and API QA automation framework. I migrated the framework from Selenium to the Playwright automation suite, developed around 200+ automation tests, and enhanced the automation regression suite. I reported around 100+ defects and participated in monthly release cycles, and was responsible for QA sign-off for production deployment. The Selenium and Playwright automation frameworks were enhanced by the introduction of GitHub Copilot integration. Claude was used for in-sprint automation, and AI skills were used to analyze gaps in test coverage.
