This project involved a sports statistics site with 100 million visits a year; it was rebuilt from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8.
I led the architecture of the project with a team of 23 developers and multiple team leads (one per team). The project spanned 18 months from discovery to deployment, and I was involved at every step of the way.

https://azamara.com/I worked on this site when it was a Drupal 6 site. I then built the Drupal 7 UK site and was tasked with rebuilding the Drupal 6 global site in Drupal 7. This was a massive project with multiple developers and content editors. After the initial build, I added the UK site to the global site. Next, I was tasked with merging the mobile site into the global Drupal 7 site. My final contributions included running the team that maintained the site for over a year.

I built a large hotel chain website with a team of six developers over six months. My work included collaborating closely with the client, including 4-hour working meetings and joining forces with the design and UX teams to hammer out all the details as we developed the site.
