Project History
Salesforce CPQ Implementation
Service Cloud and Pardot Implementation
In order to properly maintain the operating systems and ensure constant improvements and updates, the client looked for a reliable resource that could take care of Service Cloud and Pardot integrations and help with process automation.
With the help of the delivered solutions, the client was able to increase the productivity of his agents and enrich the customer experience. The time required to navigate several management systems was resolved by implementing all the necessary third-party tools for everyday agent tasks.
Salesforce AppExchange App Development
It was decided to develop the AppExchange application to allow companies to enable their customers to opt out of gathering personal data. It also allows them to request all the personal information that the company stores. Customers can even delete it after identity verifications and data exporting is automated. This program also manages client requests by routing and escalation rule execution.
Netsuite Salesforce Integration Using Dell Boomi
SOLUTION
1. To address these challenges, I created an account in Salesforce and integrated it with Netsuite using Dell Boomi. I mapped the fields from Salesforce to Netsuite using the Dell Boomi platform.
2. To sync invoices from Salesforce to Netsuite, I followed two steps: creating the mapping of objects Invoicing in both Salesforce and Netsuite and batch processes for synching the invoice to Salesforce.
3. Error log report. In Boomi, if any request fails, the error will be reported back to the system. If the error occurs during the sales order creation to Netsuite, it will report back to Salesforce using the response.
