I architected and built an integration engine connecting more than 30 SaaS products for Succession, a business intelligence platform for companies operating across multiple business systems. I developed the React interface and the Next.js and Node.js back end, bringing data from those services into a single product for tracking business KPIs. My role covered the application architecture, API integrations, and full-stack implementation, using PostgreSQL and cloud deployment tools.

I built subscription analytics and reconciliation workflows for YogaWorks, bringing subscriber counts, MRR, LTV, trials, churn, and plan changes into BI dashboards with clear metric definitions. I reconciled customer identities, subscriptions, revenue, and entitlements across Vimeo OTT, web and mobile sources, BigQuery, and MySQL. The work included lifecycle instrumentation across Segment, GA4, GTM, and Iterable, with explicit rules for customer state and conversion events. I also audited churn, winback, and trial audiences and added safeguards to protect active subscribers from incorrect messaging.

As CTO of HOP TECH, I led a clinical platform spanning mobile, web, back end, and connected medical devices. I built shared foundations for governed datasets, data pipelines, preprocessing, and model-development workflows across software, AI, hardware, and clinical teams. I also delivered a Polar H10 integration using React Native, Kotlin, and Swift for ECG, motion, heart-rate, and RR data, with offline recovery and physical validation on Android and iOS. During infrastructure modernization, I migrated a 69 GB PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and API stack, validated 28 legacy endpoints, and reconciled more than 1,800 clinical recordings with zero mismatches.

I led technical product ownership and integrations for Nester & Finn, covering the booking journey from availability search through payment and confirmation. I defined and implemented rules for rates, member pricing, promotions, fees, and taxes, and handled checkout and payment failure cases. I led the Mews booking engine and connector integration strategy, including API feasibility, property access, and sandbox-to-production parity. I also implemented privacy-safe PostHog instrumentation, session replay, performance monitoring, and error capture, and coordinated staged property launches and release checks.

I designed and built Kernel, a personal productivity workspace that brings tasks, calendars, and time tracking into one application. It works across desktop and phone and connects inboxes so incoming work can be reviewed alongside existing priorities. AI suggestions are presented for review before acting on them. I own the product direction and hands-on implementation, combining application architecture, integrations, responsive interfaces, and ongoing releases around a workflow I use myself.

This mobile app continuously monitors data collected by a clinical-grade wearable (e.g., heart rate, skin temperature, accelerometer readings, and more) and allows the user to mark events at specific times. The user is informed of his current physiological state through beautiful dashboards and an intuitive UI. The main purpose of the app is to track the health and behavior of subjects in clinical trials. It's built using Xamarin, Angular, Node.js, Bluetooth, and MySQL.

A cross-platform mobile application that displays a customizable 3D animated avatar that interacts with children with autism. The avatar is remotely controlled by a healthcare professional (e.g., therapist) or a caregiver through the same app on a different device. It has shown unprecedented results when used to support autistic kids in their learning activities. It's built using Xamarin, Node.js, iOS SceneKit, and WebSockets. It runs on iOS and Android.

I built and maintain the website of the Healthy Mothers of the World Foundation as a volunteer. I am in charge of the foundation's IT department. The website has a beautiful UI and allows visitors to donate via PayPal. It's built using PHP, WordPress, CPanel, GoDaddy, and PayPal.

The complete architectural design of a COVID-19 contact tracing app based on the Exposure Notifications API developed by Apple and Google. The app is designed to be used by more than 25 million users, and the back end can be deployed on Google Cloud Platform or on-premises.

An Angular 9 web application for health authorities that allows them to survey the country's population with daily questionnaires about the citizens' physical and mental well-being. Very similar to flatten.ca, but with conditional questionnaire flows that remember the user if they visit the website with the same device. This app also allowed admins to visualize the data on a map powered by Kepler.gl.

An Angular front end served by a Node.js back end used to upload, visualize, and share 3D models. The app uses Three.js and custom Angular components to display 3D animated characters. The characters can be uploaded by 3D designers and shared with the ASD community to be used as reinforcers in tasks such as homework or learning how to dress.

A WordPress landing page for the startup HOP-Child Technologies. The website presents the company's mission and a contact form protected by a CAPTCHA, allowing visitors to communicate with the company's sales team.

This AngularJS app served by a Node.js back end is used by clinical trial coordinators and researchers. It allows them to label a timeline with custom events. The timeline can be aligned with a video and other data collected during their studies. This tool is very useful when researchers collect physiological data, such as heart rate, and want to find correlations with events triggered during trials.

I was hired to create a WordPress website for a criminal attorney's office. The website looks great and has improved the number of clients they get every month, most of them complimenting the lawyers about the website's visual appearance. Complete with multilingual content, SEO, maps integration, and more. It took about 35 hours to complete.
