I built a Microsoft Teams app consisting of two applications—one for desktop and one for mobile—that enabled approvers to provide approvals from various line-of-business applications such as ServiceNow and on-premises internal systems. Notifications were sent via Microsoft Teams, allowing users to take action anytime, anywhere, from the comfort of their homes.

I designed the architecture to be easily extendable, enabling seamless integration with additional line-of-business applications in the future.

I developed a Microsoft Teams–hosted bot that proactively notifies users based on their subscriptions. The architecture leverages Azure Bot Service to facilitate two-way communication, allowing users to receive proactive notifications and interact by asking questions. This tool proved valuable for various teams to send targeted notifications to specific audiences.

I implemented the subscription management and proactive message invocation as a separate scheduled app to ensure timely and efficient message delivery.

I engineered a SharePoint Online site used by research analysts in investment banking to aggregate information from multiple sources, including SharePoint libraries, Microsoft Teams channel conversations, emails, and external sites. The solution utilizes the SharePoint Search API alongside Microsoft Graph API to retrieve data from Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online.

Additionally, I integrated data from external sources through an Azure Web API, creating a unified platform that provides analysts with a single, comprehensive view of all necessary information.

When users encounter software or hardware issues, they typically contact the service desk. To streamline this process, I developed a self-service tool that provides the service desk with essential information before troubleshooting begins.

The tool is a client-installed .NET application that enables users to perform tasks such as generating error logs for Microsoft Teams during slow performance or network connectivity problems. It collects data using various .NET methods—including local logs and ping results—and uploads this information to SharePoint for further analysis. This solution significantly reduced service desk response times by ensuring critical information was readily available to support personnel.
