My Health Clinic is a sample application built for demo and training purposes for HealthClinic.biz, a fictitious healthcare provider. HealthClinic.biz uses different Microsoft and multichannel apps built with Visual Studio and Azure to grow its business and modernize its customer experience. The company also innovates and offers multiple apps and services, including websites, mobile apps, and wearable apps, to empower patients' well-being with easy access to manage their healthcare data and stay healthy.

I set up the end-to-end Azure DevOps methodology, created a complete repository of best practices, and configured the CICD pipelines along with the scrum and agile methodologies. I also trained the team on how to use it and followed the DevOps best engineering practices.

I conducted a thorough assessment of an existing Office 365 environment involving several key steps:

• Identified functionality, security, compliance, or user experience gaps.
• Collaborated with stakeholders, proposed solutions, and documented findings.
• Bridged gaps to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.
• Defined data categories (e.g., PII, financial data) and monitored alerts to prevent data leaks.
• Worked with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulations.
• Deployed EDR agents and continuously monitored and investigated alerts.
• Responded swiftly to incidents, isolating compromised devices and removing threats to maintain a proactive defense against cyberattacks.
• Set up policies for enrollment, compliance, and app management.
• Troubleshoot issues, provided end-user support and collaborated with IT teams to ensure smooth Intune operations.
