Healthcare AI Platform | HIPAA-compliant Clinical Review System
I owned the architecture across data ingestion, secure multi-tenant storage with PHI isolation, LLM orchestration using Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic Claude, and the audit-grade observability and access controls required for HIPAA compliance. I also led the engineering team delivering the mobile-first product surface targeting the US market.
The platform turns a historically manual, expensive review process into a fast, AI-assisted workflow with full traceability, meaningfully changing the unit economics for healthcare clients while staying inside strict compliance boundaries.
Platform Engineering Migration
I designed the target architecture, covering multi-tenant EKS clusters, ingress and TLS termination, Next.js containerization with edge-equivalent caching, observability with Datadog and OpenTelemetry, and a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline replicating Vercel's developer experience without the vendor lock-in. I also built the IaC foundation in Terraform and Helm to make the platform reproducible across environments.
