I built Vyam, an all-in-one gym management SaaS platform for Nepal, designed to help gym owners eliminate revenue leakage from lapsed memberships. The system tracks memberships, packages, and renewals, automates member reminders before expiry, and processes payments through eSewa and Khalti.

The system includes a check-in system supporting QR codes and fingerprint readers, along with a built-in website builder that lets gym owners generate a branded gym website from their packages and photos in minutes. I developed reporting features covering revenue trends, member retention, and package performance. I also implemented tiered subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) to serve gyms of different sizes, from single-location studios to multi-branch operations.

I developed a React and Node.js application to create and manage custom Discord bots for Solana-based server communities. I implemented a holder verification functionality, allowing servers to automatically confirm NFT or token ownership before granting member access and roles. I built NFT tracking tools to give community members real-time visibility into collection activity and updates.

I also designed and integrated custom utilities tailored to server management and community engagement, addressing needs specific to Web3 and Solana-based Discord servers. I built a user-friendly interface paired with an efficient back end to ensure smooth, real-time interactions across multiple Discord servers simultaneously.

I developed a React and Node.js application enabling creators to mint and manage NFTs on the Solana blockchain. I built a user-friendly application flow allowing NFT project creators to submit their projects for approval and promotion on the platform. I developed and integrated a Candy Machine functionality to power the minting process, ensuring smooth, scalable NFT issuance capable of handling high-demand launches. I also provided back-end infrastructure for NFT creation, transaction management, and metadata handling, giving both creators and collectors a seamless launchpad experience from application to mint.

I developed a web-based Document Management System designed for digital archiving and efficient document handling. Implemented a three-tier security model with normal, hierarchical, and user-specific access levels, ensuring documents were protected according to sensitivity and organizational structure. I integrated role-based access control (RBAC) to manage permissions based on user roles, strengthening both security and operational efficiency.

I architected the system with a clear separation between database, application, and file server layers, enabling a scalable and maintainable infrastructure. I also incorporated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract text from scanned documents and used Elasticsearch to power full-text search, allowing users to quickly locate documents based on their actual content rather than just filenames.

I developed a web-based Risk Management System tailored for the banking sector to analyze and manage financial risks across an organization. I integrated a banking-specific architecture that reflected real-world branch, department, and hierarchical structures and enabled risk data to be organized and reported in ways that matched how banks actually operate.

I implemented high- to low-level reporting workflows, enabling risk information to flow from individual branches to executive-level dashboards for compliance and decision-making. I designed and executed complex SQL queries to generate detailed risk reports, giving stakeholders actionable insights to support risk mitigation strategies and regulatory compliance across the banking system.

I developed a shared back-end platform that powers trekking and tour operator websites in Nepal, enabling companies to manage trips, itineraries, destinations, activities, and customer inquiries through a single system. I built core features, including trek/tour listings with filtering by destination, duration, difficulty, and season, itinerary pages, and destination and activity catalogs.

I implemented an inquiry and trip-planning workflow allowing customers to request custom itineraries directly through the site. I architected the back end to support multiple branded front ends from a single system, powering both Nepal Vacation, Fujiyama Treks & Expedition (https://travel.ajt.ltd) and Voyager Trail Trekking (https://voyager.com.np) as independent products built on shared infrastructure.

This project involved developing an AI-powered platform for customs agents that automates the conversion of customs and trade documents from PDF into structured XML compatible with ASYCUDA and NECAS systems. I designed the platform to interpret complex, inconsistently formatted customs declarations and shipping documents using LLM-based reasoning rather than rigid template parsing, enabling it to adapt to varying document formats across different customs authorities and trade partners.

I built the extraction pipeline to generate structured XML output aligned with ASYCUDA and NECAS data schemas, reducing manual data entry for customs agents and streamlining submission to national customs systems. The solution is currently under active development.
