Deposits had to be held for 8 days through a sale and dispute window, longer than Stripe's 7-day card hold. Dealers could be paid only after that, buyers refunded in full if a deal fell through, and each side kept anonymous so no one could bypass the platform.
Solution
• Built separate charges and transfers on Stripe Connect: deposits held on the platform, $400 released to the dealer after the dispute window, $100 retained, idempotent on every call.
• Enforced privacy in 34 tables with row-level security, backed by 144 pgTAP and 79 Vitest test files.
• Built Google Document AI OCR that fraud-checks buyer financing documents into an admin review queue.
• Shipped dealer subscriptions, disputes, an admin console, and email, push and SMS across 20 Edge Functions in about five months.
The Crane Guys Platform

One crane job ties together a quote, a time-restricted permit, a crane with capacity limits, certified operators, a yard and a purchase order, and any of them can change the day before the lift. Three apps built by different engineers drift apart fast, and the requirements lived in conflicting Confluence pages that AI tools would build on blindly.
Solution
• Set a four-layer clean architecture (presentation → use case → repository → Prisma) across 80+ API modules.
• Made a shared types package the contract, so a domain change breaks the build instead of diverging.
• Built AI-DLC: 5 agents used by 8 engineers across 4 AI tools, reading a 300+ document vault, that stop on unresolved requirements instead of guessing.
• Built offline sync for a 14-step field ticket, and shipped to AWS ECS with 470+ test files.

The PostgreSQL database is managed with Prisma ORM, with a rich schema that supports multi-company, multi-dealer configurations.
Polar Adventure
I built a scalable NestJS REST API with PostgreSQL that powers real-time cruise data sync with the Widgety 3rd-party API, using bull queues for background jobs (paginated cruise ingestion, itinerary stitching, and operator-level data fallback). I implemented a polymorphic change-tracking system to preserve manually edited fields during sync cycles, and integrated AWS S3 for media storage, Zoho CRM for booking/user sync, and Mailgun for transactional email.
On the front end, I delivered a performant Next.js 13 (TypeScript) application with SSR/ISR, advanced cruise filtering, multi-step booking flows, ship/deck plan views, Google Maps port visualizations, Firebase OAuth (Google and Facebook), reCAPTCHA, and a Makeswift CMS integration for editable marketing pages. Managed state via React Query and Context API, with centralized API handling and cookie-based bearer authentication.
Fittish AI – AI-powered Fitness & Nutrition Platform
https://apps.apple.com/pk/app/fittish-ai/id6745184307I contributed to both ends of the stack, building out the mobile app's workout and meal-tracking flows, health-wearable integrations (Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect), and subscription management via RevenueCat and Stripe.
On the back end, I worked on the NestJS API with PostgreSQL/Prisma, implemented AI-driven workout and meal plan generation using OpenAI and LangChain/LangGraph, and built a notification pipeline using BullMQ and Redis. The platform supports Google and Apple SSO, in-app purchases, push notifications, and integrates with 3rd-party APIs, including Edamam (nutrition) and ExerciseDB (exercise library). The app is deployed to the App Store and Google Play, with production infrastructure backed by AWS S3 and a Redis-powered job queue.
inspec.pro – AI-enabled Aerospace & Military Documentation Platform
I architected and developed the entire system: a Next.js 14 front end with Zustand state management and Radix UI components, a Supabase PostgreSQL back end with row-level security for user authentication and bookmarks, OpenAI embeddings stored in a Pinecone vector index for semantic search, and a custom RAG API route that retrieves the most relevant document chunks before generating responses.
Additional work included drag-and-drop tab reordering, a CORS-safe PDF proxy, Webpack bundle splitting for performance, full SEO instrumentation (sitemaps, structured data, GTM), and deployment on Vercel.

Custom Eagle Boxes
Problem
The first build was correct but slow in exactly the way catalog sites are: shop, category, and search read searchParams so they server-rendered on every request (4–6s on a cold Netlify function, up to 8.5s for search), product imagery weighed ~4 MB a page, and Next's default link prefetching quietly fired dozens of heavy RSC fetches on menu hover.
Solution
=> Moved filtering, sorting, and pagination into client components reading the URL, so /shop and /search render statically, and all 59 categories prerender as SSG served from the CDN with no cold start.
=> Served product imagery through a custom Cloudinary loader (q_auto:eco, capped width, AVIF/WebP), cutting a product navigation from around 4.1 MB / 7.3s to around 68 KB / 0.37s.
=> Turned off prefetch on product cards, mega-menu links, and header icons, and trimmed the archive payload so pages stopped shipping fields the cards never render.
