- Built and launched Loan Extension and Loan Posting modules in Salesforce, custom flows allowing bank staff to process loan extensions and post loan transactions directly within Salesforce.
- Went through multiple rounds of testing (sandbox/UAT/production demo) with the FCB team, including Beverley Atwell, Jennifer Candler, Daniel Looney, Kevin Tilley, and Ryan Stamper.
- Deployed these features to production (live) in early December 2025, following a live testing session.
- Built an integration that automatically uploads loan documents to Synergy (FCB's document archival/imaging system) after a loan posting is completed.
- Developed and deployed an automated email notification system for loan posting approvals, so the right people receive email notifications when an approval action is triggered in Salesforce.
- Built and launched an automation time tracking project (live as of January 9, 2026), which tracks how long Salesforce automation flows take to run. You delivered developer documentation covering the configs.
- Fixed a visibility rule bug. Loan Extension and Loan Posting buttons were appearing on all account types (deposits, savings, CDs).
- Delivered documentation for both the Loan Extension and Loan Posting modules to the FCB team on December 24, 2025, covering architecture, flows, Apex components, and integration patterns. Updated and shared User Guides for both modules.

- Developed a Salesforce Commerce Cloud link cartridge in which the imgix will override SFCC images hosted images. Link cartridge also focuses on page designer custom attributes design to integrate imgix data into page designer components.

I revamped the SFCC site as a lead developer and led a team of ten developers. I also integrated multiple third-party integrations, including Amazon Pay, PayPal, USAePay, CyberSource, Bazaarvoice, Tealium Analytics, Google Analytics, AX OMS for order fulfillment, and ones for custom promotions and shipping rates.

Specifically, I integrated Yotpo for reviews, PayPal, custom promotions, a bespoke pick-up in-store experience, a social media login system, and SFCC customizations for the checkout and shopping areas.

I worked on Nixon's Adidas watches as a freelance developer and implemented the customized shipping and tax integration. I also injected service cloud scripts for the Contact Us page. Nixon also revamped its checkout experience from a multi-step checkout to a single-page checkout flow.
AX OMS Connection for a Link Cartridge
The project involved building a customized OMS connection for the link cartridge to connect the SFCC with AX OMS so that orders could be made quickly in real-time to the OMS. I set up the REST APIs to send XML/JSON formatted data in OMS so that order fulfillment could be sped up.
