For Services Australia, I served as a development architect for a high-volume financial instruction document and real-time payments solution on SAP S/4HANA. I designed CDS-based BOPF processing, AMDP code pushdown, and Gateway/OData APIs for ABAP RESTful applications. I also built ML components to identify payment anomalies, helping the government program process large financial workloads with stronger automation, scalability, and risk detection.

This was an independent SAP Community blog and technical showcase, not a client engagement. I designed and built an end-to-end cognitive pipeline on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry using CAP, HANA Cloud vector search, ElevenLabs speech-to-text, Claude, OpenAI embeddings, and Solace. The pipeline transcribed Michael Jackson audio, extracted historical events and emotions, enriched segments through retrieval-augmented generation, streamed results live, and produced a final reflective synthesis.

This was an independent SAP Community blog and SAP technology showcase—not a client project—created to demonstrate the concept to customers. I architected a seven-agent LangGraph credit-risk copilot on SAP BTP, CAP, HANA Cloud, Claude, and an MCP boundary for governed SAP access. The agents performed intake, payment-pattern analysis, forward risk trajectory, connected-party analysis, reflection, human approval, and final synthesis, including quantified DTI and collateral-risk scenarios.

For a major Australian bank, I proposed, designed, and implemented an automated SAP S/4HANA data-scrambling framework for preparing safe non-production environments. I used ABAP, CDS views, and AMDP code pushdown to replace a fragile legacy process. The solution reduced end-to-end runtime from 240 hours to six hours—a 97% improvement—while improving repeatability, stability, and operational control.

For Woolworths, a major Australian supermarket and retail enterprise, I led SAP CAR UDF custom development to support forecast calculations and ML reporting. I designed high-volume AMDP, CDS, and ABAP objects that processed more than 40 billion records across partitioned tables. I used Code Inspector, SQL Trace, AMDP Trace, and PlanViz to remove bottlenecks and align the solution with S/4HANA and cloud coding standards.
