I built an intelligent AI agent designed to autonomously handle customer support tasks by integrating multiple external tools and services via MCP servers. The agent leverages advanced language models (OpenAI GPT-4 and Gemini 2.5 pro) to interpret customer requests, perform retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) from a company knowledge base, and execute practical actions such as creating and updating tickets via Zendesk APIs and Zapier. It incorporates long-term conversational memory using vector databases and can seamlessly escalate complex queries to human agents through Slack, based on sentiments.

My role encompassed designing the system architecture, implementing REST API integrations, engineering robust prompts, and optimizing workflows for efficiency. The agent was containerized using Docker and deployed on AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability. Comprehensive monitoring was established with New Relic.

I developed a robust, high-performance screenshot API service designed to simplify and scale website screenshot automation across multiple projects. Leveraging Node.js with Express for rapid back-end API development and Puppeteer to control headless Chromium browsers, this service efficiently captures both full-page and element-specific screenshots.

To ensure performance and scalability, I implemented a pre-warmed browser context pool pattern, significantly reducing response times by avoiding cold-start delays. P-queue manages concurrency, enabling reliable handling of up to 10,000 concurrent screenshot requests. The system includes advanced features such as localStorage and cookie injection, event-based rendering that waits for dynamic sites, automated viewport adjustments, ad-blocking capabilities, and custom logging for performance tracing.

Deployed using Docker on AWS Fargate and optimized with Cloudflare, the architecture ensures reliable, fast, and secure responses. The API outputs images in JSON, binary, PDF, and ZIP formats, supporting versatile integration scenarios.

I developed a SaaS that allows people to transfer a website from one server to another, change domain names, and make backups without routing work.

Clients can fill in SFTP credentials that are being stored encrypted, and the system will move all files. They can also export and import the database on any web hosting provider, tested with a 100GB database on a cheap hosting with very low limits, and replace all needed configuration parameters like database credentials, paths, and domain names, resulting in fully automated, fast, and secure website migrations. The system handles WordPress serializations, Magento caching, and other CMS-related cases automatically.

A personal project used for a web hosting company.

I developed custom server monitoring based on Laravel, Bootstrap, and Google Charts. The system tracked critical server parameters, such as HTTP, FTP, and other network traffic, as well as CPU, RAM, disk usage, SMTP, POP, IMAP services, DNS, NGINX connections, and MySQL load. In addition, I implemented SMS Clickatell and email notifications based on configurable thresholds and visualization in graphs with primitive anomaly detection.

A lightweight website that allows people to check the article of Dutch words quickly. It uses background parsers to collect words from tens of different sources and inserts or updates the words found in the database.
