Built a multi-tenant WordPress LMS serving 127 enterprise tenants and 125,000 registered users on a single codebase with per-tenant database isolation, Redis, and one container image deployed across the fleet, replacing per-client installations.
Designed a 127-connection Auth0 identity estate with multi-subdomain SSO across the tenant fleet, OIDC flows into WordPress and the mobile shell, and Icelandic eID federation for citizen-facing tenants, so login worked the same on every site.
Built a Django 5 and PostgreSQL LMS alongside the WordPress platform, with schema-per-tenant isolation via django-tenants, Google Gemini for AI-driven translation and course planning, Celery and Redis workers, Typesense search, and an HTMX front end.
Built a data-migration toolchain that ingests WordPress and LearnDash courses, lessons, learner progress, and historical certificates into the Django LMS, preserving hierarchy and completion state so tenants could move without manual re-entry.
Delivered two mobile experiences: bridged Auth0 SSO into the paid BuddyBoss App via React Native and react-native-webview, then shipped a Median.co WebView shell backed by a Node.js and Express tenant-discovery service for typed-domain login.
Built multilingual delivery across 80+ languages by combining WPML with the Transifex and Weblate APIs for machine and human translation, replacing per-locale manual exports with a CI-driven PO/MO pipeline.
Built HR provisioning across nine systems, including an Action Scheduler pull pipeline on WordPress (AD, and Workplace by Meta, and others) and SCIM 2.0 push from Microsoft Entra ID on the Django platform, replacing manual roster work.
Shipped an intranet inside the platform for employee handbooks, policies, the quality manual, and operational documents, replacing scattered shared drives and VPN-gated SharePoint sites with one mobile-friendly source of truth per tenant.
Customized the BuddyBoss Theme into a tenant-aware child theme with LearnDash LD30 template overrides, BuddyPress component overrides for activity, members, and messaging, and custom page templates for the LMS-manager dashboard.
Extended BuddyBoss Platform with custom xprofile fields, group enrollment hooks, and activity-feed integrations so course progress, memberships, and instructor notes surfaced inside the community layer rather than staying siloed in LearnDash.

Hardened LearnDash and BuddyBoss for WPML on Icelandic-primary sites with LD30 template overrides, BuddyPress component overrides, and translation sync of course progress, so bilingual learners saw consistent progress in either language.

LearnDash, Infusionsoft, and Zoom Integration

I built an add-on for LearnDash, Infusionsoft, Zoom, and Uncanny Toolkit Pro for LearnDash to achieve the client's custom requirements. The requirements were that users be auto-enrolled in the LearnDash group and courses whenever a specified tag was assigned to the particular user on Infusionsoft. Furthermore, a customized user area for LearnDash group leaders was created, where they can manage the class schedule of the group based on InfusionSoft tags.

Additionally, integration of LearnDash groups and Zoom was created. Group members can have Zoom meetings within the website in their user area with a restriction of only LearnDash group members as participants. Once these Zoom meetings are ended, the recordings of these meetings will be uploaded to Vimeo and displayed on the website for the group members to revisit.

LifterLMS Discounted Subscription Renewals

The requirements were to provide a fixed discounted price to users who had LifterLMS subscriptions. To achieve this, I built a custom plugin that offers the administrators options to provide a discounted price, duration of the subscription, and other settings. An email is sent to users near their expiry date with a unique link to renew with options to customize the email content.

Upon clicking the link, the user would be redirected to the website’s checkout page with the same subscription for renewal but with discounted price and duration. To handle payments, an option was created to either use LifterLMS or WooCommerce checkout for a wide variety of payment methods.

RCPro Auto Upgrade Trial Membership

I created a custom plugin for Restrict Content Pro in which the users would sign up for a paid trial membership plan on the website. This would be auto-upgraded to another specified membership plan and charged via Stripe or PayPal right upon the near expiry date. If users do not want to auto-upgrade, an email would be sent to them 24 hours before their membership expires with a unique link to cancel the auto-upgrade.
