Work Experience
Head of Technology
Capability.Co
- Architected and delivered a fully modular, cloud‑native customer portal on Kubernetes, automating manual provisioning and integrating multiple upstream vendors (PostgreSQL, Redis, Trino, RabbitMQ, Keycloak, GraphQL, React, n8n, and Apache Superset).
- Drove the shift from a service‑led to a product‑driven model, with end‑to‑end accountability for technology strategy, engineering, cybersecurity, and vendor partnerships.
- Future-proofed the company by architecting a highly modular solution and reduced operating costs by minimizing dependence on downstream SaaS.
- Led cybersecurity and platform consolidation programs, achieving CyberGRX Tier 2 certification, reducing vendor costs, and mitigating critical risks.
Technology & Mathematics Consultant
Accugen Systems
- Redesigned and implemented a replacement for a failed legacy C++-based software solution, implementing a novel real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technique developed by the company.
- Was selected based on my strong foundation in applied and computational mathematics (qPCR techniques are computationally heavy and involve advanced mathematics) and computer science, combined with software architecture and engineering expertise.
- Worked on a solution that was mainly based on Python microservice and accompanied by infrastructure-as-code configuration for Kubernetes, enabling the flexibility to offer it as a multi-tenanted SaaS, a single-tenanted SaaS, or a self-hosted model.
