I migrated company data from Keap (Infusionsoft) into HubSpot CRM. The migration included 5 years' worth of data, 600,000+ contacts, 300 products, 300,000+ orders, and 100,000+ payments.

The process required a design and build of custom utility scripts in PHP that will run on a schedule and import small batches of data at a time to prevent exceeding the API limits of both platforms.

This project took us over 6 months.

A custom-built event management system with an interactive Zoom meeting dashboard for viewers to interact with the presenter. The events management system is integrated and synced with "Event" custom objects in HubSpot.

The event management system is integrated into Zoom for meeting creation and management, as well as Zoom to HubSpot for attendance tracking.

Oxyfresh.com is a 30-year-old mail-order company that started its eCommerce when the internet first began. They had a custom-built system created ages ago that they have been tweaking over the years to adapt to the changes in technology.

In the last decade, their system had become obsolete, and they needed to move on to something modern.

I was hired as a consultant to find a solution for them that would fit their 30-year-old needs. After evaluating the top 10 eCommerce solutions, we settled on using a mix of WordPress and Shopify.

WordPress was used for the front-end, blog, and the corporate part of the website, and Shopify was used as the eCommerce solution.

I was the designer who designed the new look of the website, and the coder who created the custom WordPress theme for it. I also converted the site's design into a Shopify theme customized to match the main site.

The data migration was challenging and took about 45 days to complete. I ended up using a mix of existing Shopify apps and custom-built API utilities to migrate and manipulate 75,000+ customer records, about 300 products, and 300,000+ historical orders.

SpokaneHousePlans.com is an eCommerce website where you can browse through hundreds of house plans or search for specifics using an elaborate custom search form. This website was custom-designed and coded by me.

It is built on the WordPress platform and uses WooCommerce for eCommerce.

I started by designing the look of the website and then moved on to custom-coding the theme to look like the design I created.

Once the site was up and looking good, I installed a WooCommerce add-on to provide the necessary functionality.

Another thing that needed to be done was to allow the site owner to add custom information for each plan, such as square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. This was added using the post_meta function.

Additionally, I added a feature that allowed the website owner to upload a PDF that users could print by clicking the Print button.

It was time to add the cherry on top: the custom search ability. This was a challenging—but definitely fun—part of the entire project.

TrinityCross.com is a custom-built eCommerce website built on WordPress utilizing WooCommerce.

I custom-designed and coded the theme using PHP, CSS, and jQuery. I also added and maintained the products.

IMBTheme.com is a custom WordPress theme that I built for the network marketing market. It allows the owner to fully customize the blog's look and create custom sales and opt-in pages directly from the theme's admin panel.

This began as an idea to create a theme for marketers that would have all the tools they need built in, without the need for external plugins.

I was contacted by Ty Tribble, the number one network marketing blogger at that time, and he asked if we could partner to make this theme better and focus it on network marketing needs.

This is when the new version of the IMBTheme was born. It has been sold to hundreds of bloggers and is now on hiatus because I no longer have time to support it.
