Project History
Financial Department Automation
On this project, I consulted with the client's development team. They were building a center of excellence (COE) with six developers and my role here was to coach and manage the team with the aim to build their knowledge related to robotic processes automation and the Blue Prism tool. I also guided them during the project's development activities and supported the team by defining the development tasks, objects, and process design, integrating the process, testing, resolving issues, fixing bugs, and more.
Sales Department Automation
Here, I delivered targeted savings and a competitor advantage result by designing an automated solution to run on five robots in virtual environments. I also made technology recommendations and gave detailed solution proposal presentations for key stakeholders that were optimal for the business and aligned it with the stakeholder’s IT strategy.
I also led and coordinated a team of seven to develop a process for receiving requests for quotation from the client’s customers and solving them in a short SLA. I integrated their natural language processor, LUIS (language understanding intelligent service) with Blue Prism to interpret unstructured free text from emails which greatly reduced repetitive work and enhanced judgment-reliant work to positively impact the client's business outcomes.

Banking Company Automation
On this project, I assisted and facilitated the operations of a major banking company. In order to handle the estimated increase in work volume, I created three automated processes for two robots to work round the clock. This gave the client a large financial benefit, an optimized business process, and the possibility for an even faster expansion.
HR Company Automation
Here, I designed and developed automated processes for an HR company. I also provided recommendations and potential RPA solutions for individual processes and process integration.
Global Master Data Automation
Here, I created a POC for the clients' global master data department and enhanced their confidence in RPA. In this way, I secured a new contract for six processes to be automated and implemented in the next 6-8 months.
