I developed the waiver management system, a SharePoint Online–based application using SPFx with React, to streamline the waiver request and approval process. Users submit waiver requests through a dynamic form that evaluates input combinations against logic stored in Microsoft Dataverse. Based on predefined rules and an approval matrix, the system generates a dynamic, multi-level approval workflow.

Power Automate flows manage key automation tasks, including approval routing, reminders, escalations, and data updates. Historical data was migrated from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online using ShareGate, ensuring data integrity and metadata preservation. The application features responsive user interface components, real-time field validation, and configurable logic that allows updates without code changes.

I managed the solution delivery from inception through deployment, overseeing requirements gathering, development, and user training. Supporting more than 5,000 users across departments, the system has significantly improved process visibility, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

My responsibilities included customizing SharePoint Online components such as lists, libraries, forms, views, and permissions to improve usability, performance, and alignment with business processes. I implemented custom logic to extend out-of-the-box SharePoint capabilities while ensuring maintainability and scalability.

I worked extensively on modifying existing SharePoint implementations, including:
• Enhancing list and library structures, metadata, and content types.
• Customizing forms and user interfaces to improve user experience.
• Implementing validation logic, calculated fields, and conditional behaviors.
• Adjusting security models, permission inheritance, and access controls.

Where required, I developed custom solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and PowerShell to address advanced requirements not achievable through configuration alone.

I collaborated closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, deliver changes efficiently, and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization. The project demanded strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to performance, permissions, and data consistency.

I led the end-to-end development of a modern SharePoint Online site tailored to streamline document management, collaboration, and workflow automation for a cross-functional business team. The project included information architecture design, custom site structure (hub association, libraries, lists, metadata taxonomy), role-based permission modeling, and branding aligned with corporate standards. I implemented automated business processes using Power Automate, including approval workflows, SLA-based escalations, and notification systems, and integrated dynamic forms for structured data capture. The solution leveraged content types, managed metadata, version control, and retention policies to ensure governance and compliance. Performance optimization, secure access configuration (Azure AD groups), and user training documentation were also delivered, resulting in improved collaboration efficiency, reduced manual processes, and a scalable foundation for future automation enhancements.
