- Built the video player and streaming architecture (HLS/DASH) with full session lifecycle and progress tracking, for a platform serving 6+ million views in 6 months.
- Raised load-test capacity from 10,000 to 3+ million concurrent users by migrating the data layer to TanStack Query and moving delivery to Amazon CloudFront, verified with Locust.
- Hardened the Next.js app with a nonce-based CSP and accessibility fixes on the custom player controls, closing gaps a component library does not cover.
- Delivered a full visual restyle of the mobile app ahead of launch and mirrored web features into the mobile and TV (SolidJS) clients.
