Sharaf DG CRM
As a techno-functional expert, I kicked off the CRM implementation project and made it possible for the business to get the best out of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
I bridged the gap between business users and vendors and had a successful implementation in retail, marketing, customer service, DG help (aftersales services), and corporate divisions.
To ease the budget, I also developed a custom loyalty in-house module tailored to Sharaf DG’s subscription and loyalty program. This module provides one window service to all channels, including POS, web,
mobile, and chat with real-time customer membership details.
My responsibilities included requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, project coordination, in-house development, training, and integrating various local and cloud applications to provide golden customer records and touchpoints across the organization.
