Fault Dispatching Documents Bot
I designed and developed a bot that automatically identifies qualifying tickets in SDM (ticketing system), then retrieves and extracts all required documentation from Quickbase and Sage CRM. The bot validates each document to ensure accuracy and relevance before attaching it to the ticket. Once validated, the bot sends the documentation to the field services team through both email and WhatsApp, ensuring fast and consistent communication. This automation significantly reduced manual effort, improved response times, and enhanced the quality of information provided to technicians.
