- Built property valuation software adopted by banks to streamline mortgage refinancing.
- Built the appraisal workflow behind it, taking a valuation from draft through review to audit-locked finalization under regulatory constraints.
- Integrated the national land registry over signed SOAP, matching official sales records against scraped listings to feed the comparables engine.
- Built the geocoding and geospatial services behind the platform, surfacing nearby infrastructure and travel times for each property within external API quotas.
- Developed the AI agent back end powering conversational property search, with parallel tool calling, response streaming, and retrieval over listings and documents.
- Rebuilt the read layer around pre-generated map tiles and cached geospatial queries, making page loads roughly ten times faster on a system that had become unusably slow.
- Owned infrastructure and deployment, including CI/CD with preview environments, container deployments, and CDN and reverse-proxy configuration.

- Built front-end features for a public procurement platform covering tenders across Poland and the Baltics, working in React, Vite, and Next.js.
